The following terms of use apply only to the use of and purchases from Center Stage, Inc.’s ("Center Stage ") website at www.itcenterstage.com. The terms "you", "your" and "yours" refer to the user/customer utilizing our website to purchase services or merchandise ("Product") or to browse our website. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Center Stage. These terms may not apply to purchases made at our Center Stage retail stores or in any other manner not utilizing the itcenterstage.com website.

We provide our website and its contents on an "AS IS" basis and make no warranty or representation regarding any Product, either express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, which are hereby expressly disclaimed, unless otherwise stated herein.

Errors on Our Website
Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product's price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.

Limitations and Exclusions
We reserve the right to change Product pricing, terms, specifications and warranties without notice. In addition, we may revise these terms of use at any time by updating the website. Monitor displays are simulated. Monitors are not included with computer systems unless specified. Online sales are intended for, and limited to, business use and domestic sales only. We reserve the right to limit the number of Products sold, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. Prices do not include shipping, tax or insurance. We do not review or edit any portion of gift messages and disclaim all responsibility for their content. We disclaim all responsibility for the accuracy of any map or direction presented on our website.

If you are purchasing Products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. We will not ship to foreign locations any transactions completed by our website. Warranties for exported Products may vary or be null and void.

Damages
In no event shall Center Stage, its subsidiaries or affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents be liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of any such damages.

Payment Types We Accept Online
We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchases: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. For your online purchases, you may purchase multiple products in a single order, and we'll accept one credit card and up to four Gift Cards for each order.

We do accept online-only or virtual credit cards as long as they are issued by one of the credit card companies listed above. However, due to the requirements of these companies, these cards can only be used for website orders that are shipped.

We are unable to accept cash, checks, C.O.D. orders and wire transfers for any website purchases. If you would like to make a purchase using either cash or a check, orders made online may be saved at the time of submission and a Center Stage representative will be able to complete the order by phone and make payment arrangements for that transaction or visit a local Center Stage store.

Sales Tax Policy
We do business throughout the United States and accordingly collect sales and use tax as required by applicable law. Your confirmation of your order total will reflect the applicable state and local sales tax, if any. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order was shipped, delivered or picked up.

For any online purchase of items delivered to an address which Center Stage does not collect sales tax, by completing the purchase, you agree to assume liability for the applicable tax if applicable.

Order Fulfillment
You may have your Product shipped or delivered to your home or place of business by one of our available shipping options. We ship orders on normal business days, which are Monday through Friday excluding government holidays. Weekend shipment of orders is not currently available. For our Express Air service (i.e. next business day arrival), your order must be completed before 1 p.m. Eastern Time in order for it to ship the same day. Orders requesting our other shipping methods will ship within 2 to 7 business days from when the order was completed, pending availability of said item(s).

You assume all risk of loss for shipped Products. Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays. Products can not be shipped to incomplete addresses.

Order Cancellations
We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed (when you click the Submit Order button) until your Product is received by you and returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your Product, please review our return policy to determine your preferred method of return.

Rebates Offered by Manufacturers
Rebate and coupon offers provided by manufacturers are subject to the terms specified by the manufacturer. These terms may include the timeframe of the offer, limitations on quantities and combination with other offers. Proof of purchase, UPCs from the original packaging and postage are normally required for redemption of rebates by the manufacturer or the manufacturer's agent.

Returns Policy for Online Purchases
We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with anything you buy from us. If you’re not completely satisfied with a Product, Center Stage will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within 10 days of the sale date—no hassles.

For exchange or full refund of a Product, we need the order confirmation or record of purchase in our system. The Product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging and all accessories. Opened software, music CDs, games and movies can only be exchanged for the same title.

Credits will only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. See “Mail Refund” section below for refund information for merchandise returned via mail.

We reserve the right to limit the number of returns permitted.

Missing Accessories
The value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. For even exchanges, we will exchange what the customer returns (e.g., box for box, manual for manual, etc.)

Promotional Packages
Returns for promotional package items will only be accepted if all components of the promotional package are returned. Individual package components may be exchanged if defective.

In-Store Returns
Any Product purchased online may be returned to any Center Stage store provided that it meets the above guidelines.

For any Product received that is not the Product ordered, we will exchange the item at no additional cost upon verification. Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation, packing slip or record of purchase in our system) is required for all returns. When returning Product to your local Center Stage store, please be sure to bring the credit card used for the purchase along with your proof of purchase.

Mail Returns
You may return any merchandise purchased online via mail provided that the return meets these guidelines. (Please note that merchandise purchased at your local Center Stage store (not online) CANNOT be returned via mail. Please return such items to your local Center Stage store. Please see store for in-store purchase return policy.

Merchandise purchased online through itcenterstage.com (regardless of whether you picked it up at the store or had it delivered to your home), which meets the Refunds and Returns guidelines above, may be returned via mail to our authorized return center. Before returning anything by mail to us, you first must obtain a Return Authorization (“RA”), found in the About Your Order section.

Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RA may be refused without notice, automatically returned and a handling fee assessed. An RA is valid for 10 days.

You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price less any restocking or handling fees will be credited to your credit card or a mail refund check will be issued for a purchase made with any non credit card tendor as the sole payment method. Allow 14 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned Product for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for Products returned with any missing items such as manuals and/or accessories.

New Product Manufacturer's Warranties
All new Products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and Product. The full text of any such warranty is available, free of charge, upon written request addressed to:

Governing Law
These terms are governed and construed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that if any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms will remain in full force and effect.
